您可以在完全遵守本終端使用者授權協議的基礎上，將本軟體應用於非商業用途，而不必支付軟體版權授權費用。

您可以在協議規定的約束和限制範圍內修改本工作室的 WordPress 主題、 Discuz! 模板，外掛原始碼 （如果被提供的話） 或介面風格以適應您的網站要求。

您擁有使用本軟體構建的網站、論壇中全部會員資料、文章及相關資訊的所有權，並獨立承擔與文章內容的相關法律義務。

獲得商業授權之後，您可以將本軟體應用於商業用途，同時依據所購買的授權型別中確定的技術支援期限、技術支援方式和技術支援內容，自購買時刻起，在技術支援期限內擁有透過指定的方式獲得指定範圍內的技術支援服務。

商業授權使用者享有反映和提出意見的權力，相關意見將被作為首要考慮，但沒有一定被採納的承諾或保證。

協議規定的約束和限制

無論如何，即無論用途如何、是否經過修改或美化、修改程度如何，只要使用本工作室發行的 Discuz! 模板，外掛 的整體或任何部分，未經書面許可，論壇頁面頁尾處的 Discuz! 模板，外掛 名稱和本公司下屬網站 （https://www.feibisi.com 、 https://www.Weixiaoduo.com 或 https://bbs.weixiaoduo.com 、 https://mall.weixiaoduo.com） 的連結都必須保留，而不能清除或修改。

商業授權與 GPL 授權互動的補充條款，以下為條款細則，您可以將衍生作品分發至，任何非盈利或非經營性網站共享。

補充協議：您可以在 本工作室 出品的 Discuz! 免費模板，外掛 的整體或任何部分基礎上以發展派生版本、修改版本或第三方版本用於重新分發。但需註明原始連結和沿用 GPL 許可證，且禁止提交發布至 Discuz 應用中心等商業平臺（包括但不限於站長論壇、原始碼下載站、任何以營利為目的或實現盈利的網站） 。

簡言之採用了薇曉朵的產品中的任何程式碼、模組的衍生作品，也必須使用 GPL 授權進行釋出，且不得以任何理由私有化。對於衍生作品需去版權並商業使用和釋出的，可購買 → 《商業擴充套件許可證》。
